In Manchester. Each week we would firstly take a spiritual subject from various spiritual teachers and talk in depth about it, for instance, the meaning of life. We would then meditate on that particular subject. There are many ways to meditate and these ways will also be discussed. We will then find a common ground as a group and go with the flow. I have much material on the subject of meditation and with your help will be able to encourage everyone to make mediation part of their daily life style.
I own a shop where I have held meditation groups in the past and would be willing to accommodate again free of charge. I am 53 years old and suffer with a chronic breathing disease. I am disabled but now see my disability as a gift. I have changed my perception of life and as a consequence my life has changed. I am eager to learn more.

Spiritual practices that involve the physical body, such as Tai Chi, Qigong and yoga, are also increasingly being embraced in the Western world.
