Description:

"Promoting a research based approach to meditation for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being."

We are a group of seekers - friends and new acquaintances that gathers weekly to discuss and practice mindfulness meditation.  We come from diverse social and spiritual backgrounds, but share a common interest in the practice of mindfulness and meditation in daily living.

Our group meditation meetings are free and open to the public.  Everyone is welcome.  We welcome newcomers and offer meditation instruction and orientation for beginners.

If you're interested in learning more about the evidence based benefits of meditation, or if you would like to learn how to integrate regular practice into daily life, or if you just want to meet with a group of "like-hearted" people to support your individual practice I believe you'll find the time spent here to be a welcomed oasis on your journey towards happiness, wholeness, and well-being.
