A one-off one-day meditation workshop at Windsor Gardens Community Hall, Adelaide, with the Meditation Society of Australia's Sunirmalya Symons. Continuing weekly group meditations at another location and time will be arranged by the participants on the day.
A whole day of meditation and discussion is a beautifully intense experience.
