Do you sometimes feel lost, who am I? Where has my life gone? What do I want?
These are all common feelings that many women often have. This is a nurturing safe environment where we can meet, have a cuppa and a chat and learn to love ourselves. Often we spend much of our lives searching for answers outside of us only to find that we have always had them within. I have be conducting Meditation and Metaphysical groups for many years and have found that women feel so much better when they can meet on a regular basis to share.
This group will also focus on your spiritual awakening through meditation, group discussion, etc.
